We have ample free off and on street parking available.

You should receive a booking confirmation with details of how to find us within 15 minutes of booking your appointment. Confirmations are sent via email and/or text.

Cancellations are best via phone call. Please note our cancellation policy, which can be found at the bottom of all our emails and confirmations. ‘AC Medical Group operates a strict cancellation policy. If an appointment is cancelled within two working days of the appointment being scheduled, 50% of the medical fee is chargeable. If it is cancelled within 24 hours, the full fee will be charged.

Some of our appointments may require an intimate examination (removal of external clothing items). A chaperone will always be available upon request and will be present as standard. If you would like to discuss this further prior to your appointment, feel free to contact us.

Each appointment requires different preparation. Please see the relevant medical information page on our website for more details or give us a call. Any items required are also discussed at booking and can be found in email confirmations.

Each medical varies in time greatly. Your email confirmation should notify you of your designated appointment time slot. HOWEVER, please note, there may be additional paperwork to complete, which extends the time you are with us.

Yes, all our practice is accessible, including ramps and toilets.

Yes, we have space for you to change clothing if required for your medical.

Yes, we have toilets available for customers to use, including accessible toilets and baby changing facilities.
